BLP 4046, mono original with 47 West 63rd NYC address. Has deep groove, RVG, ear and R on both sides. Address on backside cover is 43 West 61st St., New York 23. Record is EX overall but has a couple of marks that cause clicks for about 80 seconds on "Flight to Jordan" on A1 and a dozen clicks in beginning of "Starbrite" on B2. Check these parts on the soundclip. The rest looks and plays clean. Cover has a sticker residue mark of about 2x5 cm at top left back. Minimal paper tear bottom left back. Very minor lamination tear by opening edge on front. Seams are strong and intact, only the lightest wear to corners. Awesome classic LP with Dizzy Reece, Stanley Turrentine, Reginald Workman & Art Taylor.

Record looks cloudy, like it's been in a plastic inner sleeve that's worn off. It sounds fine overall but has a little background noise audible in the softest parts. Check the long clip. Cover is partly water damaged. front looks decent with just two minimal tears. Back has pretty faint staining and a sticker mark/tear on top right. 2 cm split in the middle of spine. Cover is close to VG- grading. Tiny tear on A label.

Much wanted 60s jazz with Stan Ones, Colin Barnes & Malcolm Cecil. Check "Dancing in the dark". Rare UK mono original, TFL 5149 with silver/black label. Record has plenty of soft marks visible under strong light, but plays EX. 5-6 pops on "Sancticity" is the only real flaw as far as playback goes, so a very useful copy if you don't mind some minor cosmetic issues. Laminated flipback cover has faint tape residue marks around edges. Initials written on back with blue marker. Some really minor red rubbing on back. Two minimal dot tears on front & back. One of the two on front is filled out with black marker and barely noticeable. Small bump on bottom left corner.

Cover has 5 cm damage & split on upper spine, a few small dents on lower part of spine. 3 cm split on top seam, repaired with clear tape. 1 cm damage to bottom right corner. Minor lamination peeling on front. A few small brown spots/stains and two stamps (one says "Not for sale") on back. Not the strongest VG+ cover but still looks decent overall - none of the flaws mentioned is really major. Record has some soft suffs and lines but decent VG+ overall. A small number of clicks in beginning of side 1 and 15-20 light ticks in the middle of "Boo-lu" on B1 but plays fine overall. One very light scratch at the end of side 1 causes one or two ticks but nothing bad at all. Record is nice VG+, some minor surface marks that do not affect play. Sounds loud and clear. Laminated flipback cover is strong VG due to 2,5 cm split on top right and 7 cm tear on the upper flipback.

Very rare free jazz album on private label. Features Barre Phillips & Stu Martin. There's a white cover issue of this as well and I don't know which is first. Both have record number 018. This copy has red label with black letters. There's also issues with him playing on front cover, but this issue looks and feels much older with stiff heavy vinyl. Side 1 is EX and plays well. Side 2 has some soft scuffs and light marks. This side plays with some surface noise and background crackle in parts, but it's nothing too bad. One small dot causes 4-5 pops. Listen to "Billy the kid" and "Inbetween" on the clip, these are tracks A1 & B1 so you will get a fair idea of the sound.

Wonderful 60's jazz album with the top tunes "Lady E" and "I see with my third I". TL 5195, UK mono original with silver/black label. A few small marks cause a small number of clicks on "I see with my third I". Apart from that there's some soft surface lines but nothing major, plays well. The glossy flipback cover has a little faint staining along opening edge on back. Tiny bit of wear on upper back. Front cover has a few small dents and marks on the right hand side, looks nice overall.
