BLP 4046, mono original with 47 West 63rd NYC address. Has deep groove, RVG, ear and R on both sides. Address on backside cover is 43 West 61st St., New York 23. Record is EX overall but has a couple of marks that cause clicks for about 80 seconds on "Flight to Jordan" on A1 and a dozen clicks in beginning of "Starbrite" on B2. Check these parts on the soundclip. The rest looks and plays clean. Cover has a sticker residue mark of about 2x5 cm at top left back. Minimal paper tear bottom left back. Very minor lamination tear by opening edge on front. Seams are strong and intact, only the lightest wear to corners. Awesome classic LP with Dizzy Reece, Stanley Turrentine, Reginald Workman & Art Taylor.
Ultra rare Danish jazz LP with a killer Coltrane-like sound on "Sometime ago" and the version of "Soul eyes". MOCK 1020, stereo original. Record looks cloudy, like it's been in a plastic inner sleeve that's worn off. It sounds fine overall but has a little background noise audible in the softest parts. Check the long clip. Cover is partly water damaged. front looks decent with just two minimal tears. Back has pretty faint staining and a sticker mark/tear on top right. 2 cm split in the middle of spine. Cover is close to VG- grading. Tiny tear on A label.
Mono original, BLP 4163 with New York USA labels. Deep groove on side 1 only. Van Gelder, ear and R on both sides. 43 W 61st St address on cover. Record looks and plays well, just a few minor marks. Cover is worn along bottom edge. Top seam has a 2 cm split. Front & back look fine with only the lightest rub wear. Fantastic Blue Note classic with Freddie Hubbard, Bobby Hutcherson, Richard Davis and Anthony Williams. A record that grows with each listen. Check "Out to lunch" & "Hat and beard".

Record is nice VG+, A few surface marks on both sides but not deep and not a lot. Plays very well. Quality LP with Kenny Dorham, Donald Byrd, Tommy Flanagan, Doug Watkins and Philly Joe Jones. Classic funky jazz album with the hard-hitters "Stick buddy" & "Tragic magic"! US original in very impressive shape. Cover has minor wear to corners but looks great anyway. Haven't had this in stock for a long time.
Legendary Swedish LP including the monster latin jazz tunes "All camel's hump" and "Hotel Alyssa". For the breaks guys there's massive drums on "My Christina". Definite original press. Decent VG+ copy with minor marks. Plays fine overall with just a brief click here and there. Cover is in the weak end of VG: has quite hard ring wear, small sticker mark on front and name written on back.
Much wanted 60s jazz with Stan Ones, Colin Barnes & Malcolm Cecil. Check "Dancing in the dark". Rare UK mono original, TFL 5149 with silver/black label. Record has plenty of soft marks visible under strong light, but plays EX. 5-6 pops on "Sancticity" is the only real flaw as far as playback goes, so a very useful copy if you don't mind some minor cosmetic issues. Laminated flipback cover has faint tape residue marks around edges. Initials written on back with blue marker. Some really minor red rubbing on back. Two minimal dot tears on front & back. One of the two on front is filled out with black marker and barely noticeable. Small bump on bottom left corner.

Cover has a small piece of tape around top seam. A few cm damage to left and right top seam, but cover looks nice overall. Classic Prestige LP with Red Garland, Oscar Pettiford & Philly Joe Jones. Check "Will you still be mine" & "A night in Tunisia".

Excellent jazz set featuring Ian Carr & Don Rendell. Features the fast "Torrent" and the deep vocal tune "Temple dancer" that was on one of Jazzman's "Spiritual jazz" comps. UK stereo original, ZDA 135 with yellow label. Cover has lamination bubbling on left side of front. Small brown stain on top right back and very minor age spotting on bottom back. Record is nice clean EX, just a few really soft surface lines visible under strong light. Plays loud and proud.
Very rare Japanese only LP with the killer jazz dancer "Send in the clowns". Real standout tune that sends dancefloors mental. From 1977. PAP-9146, complete with obi and insert. Age spotting on front, still looks very nice. Record is minty fresh.
BLP 4035, mono pressing with 47 West 63rd NYC address on labels. RVG and R on both sides. Does NOT have deep groove or ear, so this is an early 2nd issue. The glossy cover has 43 West 61st address on back. Record is EX for the most part but has a few small marks on A2 ("I'm a fool to want you") that cause a little crackle here and there throughout the track. Check this song on the long soundclip. Cover has a little lamination creasing on front and minimal tear on back by spine. LP with Gene Taylor & Lex Humphries.

Mono original, PRLP 7073 with 446 W 50th St address. Deep groove and RVG on both sides. Cover has 5 cm damage & split on upper spine, a few small dents on lower part of spine. 3 cm split on top seam, repaired with clear tape. 1 cm damage to bottom right corner. Minor lamination peeling on front. A few small brown spots/stains and two stamps (one says "Not for sale") on back. Not the strongest VG+ cover but still looks decent overall - none of the flaws mentioned is really major. Record has some soft suffs and lines but decent VG+ overall. A small number of clicks in beginning of side 1 and 15-20 light ticks in the middle of "Boo-lu" on B1 but plays fine overall. One very light scratch at the end of side 1 causes one or two ticks but nothing bad at all. All star setting (labels actually credit the Prestige All Stars) featuring Donald Byrd, Hank Mobley, Kenny Burrell, Jerome Richardson, Mal Waldron, Doug Watkins & Art Taylor. Check clips from the superb "Boo-lu" & "All night long".
Free jazz classic from 1967. This is the first issue with different cover from the 2nd press but with same record number, SRP 290. Cover has a little wear to spine and bottom edge but not so bad. Some light brown staining on the all-white backside. Record is VG+ with some soft marks and scuffs. Plays well with only a little light surface noise occasionally. Listen to "P.G. IV".
"La margarita" killer latin inspired funky jazz. Also has a version of Eddie Russ "Zaius". Very rare LP on the collectible Tribe label. Record is almost NM, looks hardly played. Cover has tiny ring wear and 10 cm split on spine that has been carefully repaired with transparent tape. The general look at the cover is just fine.

Looks and plays clean! Cover has stains and dirt at front and a little bit at back. Minimal split around top left corner. 1,5 cm bottom split. Cover has thin 3 cm split in the middle of bottom edge and 3 cm split on top edge. 2 cm split around top left corner and tiny damage to bottom right corner. Features John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones. Lovely version of "My funny valentine" and the fast "Airegin".

A few light ticks in beginning of side 1, but plays very well overall. Cover has a tiny tear on front by opening edge. Name written neatly on upper back. Very small tear and sticker mark on top left back, one small & faint stain on right back. Great album with Donald Byrd, Sonny Clark, Tina Brooks, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones. Very rare original pressing with blue label and cat nr 08221 PL. Lovely album from the queen of Swedish jazz, just listen to "När jag vaknar". LP is in fine shape with just some light surface scuffs. Cover has dents on edges, soft creasing and mild wear, and a small but faint stickermark on back.

Great jazz classic LP from 1962. Very rare first issue from Denmark with black label and record number SLP 31. There's many later pressings of this and many of them are easy to find but this hardly ever turns up. Listen to "Straight no chaser". Record is nice VG+, some minor surface marks that do not affect play. Sounds loud and clear. Laminated flipback cover is strong VG due to 2,5 cm split on top right and 7 cm tear on the upper flipback.
US mono original with Lexington address on labels. Deep groove on both sides, RVG and ear in dead wax. No R on labels. Record number BLP 1521. Record has a lot of surface marks and some light scratches as well, visually a weak VG but playback is surprisingly strong and doesn't have that much distractions to be honest. Cover has two splits on lower seam that have been carefully repaired with clear tape. There is minor sticker residue around lower seam from long ago. Back of sleeve has inkpen writing. Fantastic album from 1956, just listen to "Mayreh"!
BLP 4115, mono original with New York USA on labels, Van Gelder and ear in dead wax. R on labels, no deep groove. Record is solid VG with soft surface marks that do not affect playback in any major way. Minor surface noise can be hears here and there but it is nowhere near overpowering the music. Cover has a tiny stamp and neat name writing on upper back. Minimal pen mark and pin hole also on back. Tiny rip on paper below address on bottom back. Front cover has one minimal white mark. Classic Blue Note set with Herbie Hancock, James Spaulding, Reggie Workman and Clifford Jarvis. Check "Hub-tones".

Ultra rare EP with these two Swedish jazz giants. 4 fine tracks with a standout in the lovely "Get out of town" where the late Monica really shines. Record has light marks and plays with only minor ticks and pops here and there. Cover has some lamination problem at front from age but looks better in real life than the photo. Pressed in Norway which it should be.
Very rare Swedish free/experimental jazz LP feat. Ivan Oscarsson on drums. Check "Form för sextett" and "Summer is gone", both have a great sound that is tough but not completely insane. MLP 713, mono.

Very rare free jazz album on private label. Features Barre Phillips & Stu Martin. There's a white cover issue of this as well and I don't know which is first. Both have record number 018. This copy has red label with black letters. There's also issues with him playing on front cover, but this issue looks and feels much older with stiff heavy vinyl. Side 1 is EX and plays well. Side 2 has some soft scuffs and light marks. This side plays with some surface noise and background crackle in parts, but it's nothing too bad. One small dot causes 4-5 pops. Listen to "Billy the kid" and "Inbetween" on the clip, these are tracks A1 & B1 so you will get a fair idea of the sound.
Mono original, black label with silver print & deep groove. World Pacific Records logo on three lines on right side of labels. This copy only has cat no PJ-3 on cover, not on labels. Labels only say A-837/B-837. Lovely copy, record looks very close to mint and plays superb. Cover has small & faint sticker mark on top left back. Top & bottom right corners have small bends. Great LP with Zoot Sims, Jack Montrose & Bob Gordon. Real quality through both sides - listen to "Tiny capers".

Rare French only jazz album from 1970 with John Gilmore, Art Taylor and Siegfried Kessler. Tough, progressive sound, sometimes in free jazz territory. Listen to "Krisis". Record looks unplayed. Cover has minor yellowing on upper seam, beautiful copy all in all. GER 16.

A few small marks cause a small number of clicks on "I see with my third I". Apart from that there's some soft surface lines but nothing major, plays well. Front cover has a few small dents and marks on the right hand side, looks nice overall.

Rare private folk/funk/fusion LP with the moody "People suite" which has that great, dark sound and heavy drums. Record is very clean overall. One mark of 1 cm that's lightly feelable causes a small number of really soft clicks on "Crazy coldness", nothing major at all. Cover is almost EX, has a little rub wear and brown staining on bottom front.
Rare vocal jazz on German only LP from 1982. Contains a great uptempo version of "Night in Tunisia" and also a version of "Agua de beber". Cover has 1 cm damage on spine and a small sticker mark on front.

Record has some surface marks and a couple of small and light scratches, but plays alright with just odd ticks and a little high-end distortion here and there. Tiny brown spot/stain on A-side label. Early Miles recording with Jackie McLean, Horace Silver, Art Blakey etc. Contains "Ray's idea" and "Tempus fugit".
Fusion LP from 1980 on Atlanta label. "Happiness is having you near" is a beautiful Weldon Irvine-type soul/fusion track. "Brotherson" is more disco-geared. Perfect sealed US original! Soundclip from previous copy. Note that this is the version with four tracks on side 1 and three tracks on side 2.

Stunningly beautiful jazz LP from 1970. Side 1 is pure bliss - the best of UK jazz mixed with a Greek flavor. Here is a Japanese issue from the early or mid 70s. RJ 5004 with blue label. Comes with insert but no obi. Cover has brown age spotting on back and (very little) on front, would be EX otherwise.
Beautiful quartet album with Richard Davis, Billy Cobham & Ray Barretto. Highlights are "Martinica" and the mellow "Love love and dream". Only released in France. HDD 540, brown label with small deep groove.
"Brother where are you" fantastic soul/jazz tune from Nat King Cole's overlooked brother. This is the 2nd issue on Audiophile, from 1977. Still hard to find, especially a beautiful copy like this, still in shrink!

Cover has a cut corner and promo sticker on front. Top seam has 9 + 3 cm splits repaired with clear tape. Bottom edge has 4 cm split, also repaired with clear tape. 3 cm damage/split around bottom left corner.

All-star sextet indeed, or how do you like a setting featuring Wayne Shorter, Bobby Hutcherson, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter & Billy Higgins?! Classy record, check clips from "The procrastinator" & "Stopstart". Record looks untouched except for a neat stamp on B-side label. Cover has one tiny corner band but still looks beautiful.

Plays very well, just 4-5 pops altogether.
